Fantastic room in a really cool house in south Portland near PSU and the waterfront. Walking distance to lots of transit and the beautiful downtown area. We don’t have a yard but have a nice patio area and a large kitchen and communal living space.

Hey everyone! We are looking for a fourth member of our very nice home right near the waterfront. The rent is $715 a month and utilities usually amount to around $70 a month. We are three early 30s social, mature, and kind queers. We like to keep our home tidy- physically and emotionally- so ideally looking for someone who takes personal responsibility seriously. We all have a solid relationship as friends and housemates and are looking for someone who fits in with that- we love to chat about life, host gatherings, and play games together. Nerdy but also active. The room is currently empty and available to be moved into and we are looking to have it filled by June 1st. Thanks :-)
