South Gilpin Street

The Gilpin house is a 5 minute walk away from the DU campus and a 15 minute walk from the DU light rail station! In addition to this, we’re about a 2 minute walk away from many great restaurants and shops on Evans avenue. We have a gorgeous front yard, sun room, and back yard with a firepit, hammock, garden, and patio furniture. In addition to this, we have AC! Inside, there are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms split up between the upper floor and basement. Our available room is on the first floor. We’re hoping to find someone to sign onto a year long lease.

The water is paid for by the landlord, and the energy and internet combined is usually around $50-60 a month.

We have a cat (short hair) who LOVES to cuddle and hang out, so hopefully that won’t be a problem.

Emma: I am a master’s student studying mechanical engineering at DU. When I’m not working constantly, I like to hike, ski, knit, garden, and cook. I grew up in Denver and love it here! I live in the basement.

Lucas: I am finishing up my degree in mechanical engineering at DU. In my free time I like to disc golf, play video games, ski, and ?. I also live in the basement. I am originally from Washington but came out here for college. I also live in the basement.

Justin: I graduated from DU in 2021 with a degree in political science I now work in a law firm. My hobbies include playing civilization and grilling. I live on the upper floor.
