Hello! My roommate and I are looking for a roommate for January 1st. The house is run through a property management company that does the lease, deposit, etc. The property management name is shown on the pictures posted.

We are in our mid-late twenties and would prefer someone in a similar age range and up to mid thirties. You would have your own room, shared bathroom with one other person and access to all house amenities. The house has a spacious yard, storage space, washer/dryer and off street parking.

Ideally, you’ve had roommates before and understand shared living/boundaries/cleanliness. There are also 2 dogs in the house.

Deposit: $700 Utilities for heat/AC/electricity split between 3 run around $40 each per month in the winter and $100+ each in the summer with central AC. Internet is around $28 each.
