Private room with bathroom across the hall. The house is close to shopping and food and many more things that Easley has to offer. Only a 15 minute drive to Downtown Greenville and 20 minute drive to Clemson. There is plenty of parking and a great back yard.

I am a young professional and am looking to rent out an extra room. I have a 2 year old lab so it is important that the roommate is a dog person. I keep a clean house and will respect your space and hope that you would do the same. The kitchen and all other spaces would be shared.
