The unit is on the second floor of a 3-story building with two units on each floor. The living room/kitchen/dining area are shared common spaces. There are 4 bedrooms per unit, 3 rooms share a bathroom and 1 has an ensuite (this listing is for the bedroom with the ensuite).

The apartment is fully-furnished with laundry in-unit, air conditioning and utilities, maintenance, and bi-weekly professional cleaning are included in the monthly rent price. The kitchen is also fully equipped with appliances, dishware, utensils, etc. The bedroom includes a bed, desk, chair, dresser, lamp and mirror. The building is fully managed by RoostUp LLC - interested candidates will need to apply and complete the property manager’s due diligence process.

Very close to public transport lines, grocery/convenience stores, restaurants, gyms and parks. Just down the street from MIT, Hult International, Harvard and Boston University. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood just a few minutes walking distance from the Charles River (very close to downtown Boston). On-street parking available with permit.

This is an all girls (no couples please), non-smoking and pet free apartment. All current tenants in the apartment will be moving on June 1st after graduation, so your new roomies will be moving in the same time as you! If your application to sublet is approved, the property management company will put you in touch with your roommates so you can connect ahead of your move-in date.
