This apartment is located in the Southridge Townhomes community in Arden. It has a very private feel but is conveniently located near shopping, dining, and interstate access. It’s easy to get to Asheville or Hendersonville from here. You’ll have your own bedroom with a nice size closet and your own bathroom located just across the hall. There’s a living room, kitchen, and in unit laundry as well. The community features a pool and fitness center. There is plenty of parking but no assigned spot. You would be taking a spot on a current lease that runs through January 27th with the option to renew. The property management will require a $50 application fee.

Hi! I’m actually the one moving out to move in with my girlfriend. You would be living with my current roommate (male) who is a young professional in the healthcare industry. He’s easy going and into video games, movies, and sports. He’s quiet and very easy to get along with. He’s an awesome roommate!
