This is conveniently located about 15 minutes between downtown and the Domain for easy access to all amenities. The apartment is approximately 651 sq. ft and will include all necessary furniture, cooking supplies and appliances, and access to the property amenities as well. The apartment is conveniently located on the second floor with a balcony overlooking the pool, and the property sits right above various retail outlets and restaurants. All utilities will be provided as well to include water, gas, electric, and AT&T internet. The apartment also features a property provided washer and dryer in unit. Parking is free within the garage (you’ll receive a FOB to secure yourself behind the gated area) except within the reserved parking spaces. Looking somebody who is professional and willing to maintain the space as I will not be around until the lease ends in September. You’ll be living alone in this situation. All of the apartment amenities will be yours to use. You’ll have sole possession of the keys as if the apartment is yours.
