Conrad Drive

The house is recently renovated within a year. It has great proximity to downtown, campus, and the loop while being out of the way enough that it isn’t loud. It also has a large backyard with a patio with a fire pit and grill. All of the common areas are fully furnished you will just need to provide anything to furnish your room. We can also help you move if you are in the surrounding area.

There are 3 male roommates all of whom are students with a diverse range of interests. Everyone is neat and clean but not uptight about it. We often cook and hang out together. We will also have a room coming available in the fall as well.
