I am the homeowner and live in one of the other bedrooms (3 bedrooms total)! There will be a total of 3 people living in the house (including myself). No drugs/smoking.

Aside from my 8-5 at a medical device company, I am also completing my MBA online. I am friendly and easy to talk to but also respect privacy and maintain clean shared areas (and expect the same from others).

The second housemate is my male family friend, who is a practicing dentist with his miniature schnauzer.
