HOUSING

Townhouse, private room fully furnished (1/2 bedroom),1 full bath plus half bath, kitchen and appliances provided, must climb 13 stairs, smoke alarm, carbon monoxide detector, keyless entry. Must complete application background check etc and if approved a written agreed lease plus the terms in this listed agreement are provided. I run this listing equivalent to airbnb listings and all payments for the length of stay must be paid in full before move in is made, the owner lives on the premises while renting 2 rooms.

PRICING  $38/night

Minimum 30 days to 3 mo lease. Water, electric and gas split 2 (me and one person) or 3 ways depending on the number of rooms (1 or 2) occupied. Agree to cancelation of the lease at anytime if household rules are broken!

1 person per room (no guests allowed on premises at anytime).

15 day in advance moving out notice in writing!

HOUSE RULES  Exclusive gospel music (no secular gospel which means No God) or no worldly music 

No comedy  

No cussing or perverted language  

No adultery, fornication or shacking or watching pornography 

No alcohol  No drugs or smoking anything 

Broken or damaged items must be replaced and paid for No shoes in house, use mud room for shoes! Kitchen and dishes available with agreement to replace the items used back the way you found them and in clean state. Use of refrigerator to store your goods and a small cabinet for your food will be provided. Living room and dining room are not included in this listing for use.

No local renting/bookings 

No eating or drinking in rooms 

11pm -9am quiet hrs 

Hospitality is what we show, we don’t show entertainment  Clean up own hair from bathroom

No driveway parking, local neighborhood parking wherever you find it. Back patio available as long as agreed to replace things the way you find it clean and lock back patio door. No laundry unless agree to $6/1 wash and dry load on every load. Bring your own laundry detergent.

Unauthorized late check out after 11am will be assessed a $50 fee. If guest hasnt departed w/in 1 hr a $200 fee will be assessed and still cannot stay the full day unless formally rebook. If another booked guest has to cancel, another $250 fee will be assessed for their cancelation request
