The basement runs the length of the house. I has a closet/storage room. You’ll have your own full size fridge with shared freezer. Utilities included, Wi-Fi and w/d. Shared kitchen and bathroom. Beautiful private back yard with a patio and a small pond for relaxion. Off street parking. Home is shared with several mature roommates. No visitors or pets. Prefer someone that’s responsible, cleans up after themselves, honest, and enjoys a drama free place to live. Must be okay with a dog. (never barks). No smoking in the house.
