I have 2 rooms in my townhouse that I would like to rent to 1 person. One room is bigger than the other, so I could see this being ideal for someone who works from home, wants to have a creative space for doing art, or if you need extra room to store your stuff! They both have pretty large closets, and you’ll have your own bathroom and linen closet. I’m really close to downtown Hillsboro, which has some cool stuff to check out. I also have great access (5 mins) to Hwy 26. Asking for $1000, utilities included, to rent out both of these rooms.

he/him/his. I’m 25 years old and own a townhouse in west Hillsboro. I work a pretty regular schedule M-F. On a weeknight, I’m usually keeping it pretty lowkey by cooking dinner, working on a project in the garage or just chillin out on the couch watching tv or reading a book. On the weekends, I like to get out of town either on a hike, backpacking or camping trip, or grabbing a drink with a friend.
Looking for a roommate who is responsible, picks up after themselves, keeps a clean kitchen, and has similar interests as I. But, that being said, I’m open to all kinds of people with all kinds of interests. Although it would be nice if we became friends, it’s certainly not essential. Just gotta be on the same page.
