There are 3 bedrooms available in this picturesque house on Cherry Lane in Christiansburg VA. There are two first-floor bedrooms available and a second-floor bedroom available. The rooms downstairs share a full bath and the second-floor bedroom has a private bathroom. Graduate students and professionals only, please!

The rent for the rooms are as follows:

First-floor bedroom no. 1: $450 pm First-floor bedroom no. 2: $550 pm Second-floor bedroom: $650 pm

Cats and small dogs (up to 25lb) are welcome with an additional pet fee of $50 pm per pet. Utilities are not included in the rent.

There is a private driveway on the property as well as a large (non-fenced) yard. There is a washer and dryer in the house.

Note: a brand new kitchen is currently being installed with a brand new fridge, dishwasher, and oven.

I am currently a Ph.D. student in the English Department at Virginia Tech. I am usually working in my office or playing video games. We have a big yard here and I love gardening or hosting BBQ’s when the weather is nice.
