Kristi Bringle's room

This 4 bed/2 bath bungalow sits in the heart of Englewood between Swedish and Porter hospitals. Fenced back yard. There are 2 beds up with a shared bath and a small bedroom/bathroom in the basement. Laundry included. We have living room furniture and a kitchen table.

We have one 26year old male in the 3rd bedroom upstairs now with a dog. the basement bedroom is small but has it’s own bath that has been updated. There is also a living area down there. Looking for responsible people. Pets considered with an interview.
