Room for rent inside a house, we are a family of three, all working full time, you barely see us at home, this room is in a quiet neighborhood, the size of the room is 12 f by 14 f, close to Embry riddle university, Daytona State College, Walmart, Publix and Keyfood walking distance, we are very respectful family, we respect others privacy, looking for someone who respect us the same, clean and neat, no drugs no alcohol no parties, no pets, clean record, bathroom is shared with our daughter since we do not have other renters, Electricity water and Internet are included with the rent, background check is a must.
