About the neighborhood: We live in Elan Alicante apartments in Carlsbad, nestled between the Omni La Costa Resort and Carlsbad Village, 14 minutes away from Moonlight Beach and 10 minutes from Leucadia. The neighborhood is laid back, safe, and scenic. We’re surrounded by grocery stores, restaurants, and a movie theater. The complex has a pool, sauna, and gym. We live in a fully furnished, three-bedroom 1,200 sqft apartment with an in-unit washer-dryer, dishwasher, patio, and central AC unit. Guests are always welcome!

About the room: You will have your own master bedroom, private ensuite bathroom, and a walk-in closet. You’ll also have access to the parking spot right in front of the apartment.

• We ask for half month’s rent as a security deposit in the event of not completing 12-month lease.

Hello! 🤠 We are Britt (29) and Kyana (25) and we have lived together for the past 2 years. We’re looking for a roommate whose lifestyle (and age) aligns with ours - we’re both night owls, students who are home a lot, and occasionally like to have company over. We both contribute to keeping the common areas clean and would appreciate a roommate who is neat and respectful as well. We’re all about positivity + a drama-free environment. We are hoping to find a roommate who is also open-minded and friendly.

We’ve formed a friendship over the last couple of years and it would be a bonus to become friends with our new roomie!

A little bit about us:

Britt: I’m 29 and moved from Las Vegas, NV two summers ago. I work from home as a writer and go to school full-time at UNLV remotely. I have a small dog (20 lbs) named Flynn who loves to sunbathe. I am vegan and environmentally conscious. I like to meet new people, go out for drinks, and thrift shop. Love to smoke and watch documentaries with Kyana.

Kyana: I’m 25, born and raised in Anchorage, AK but spent the last five years in San Diego. I recently graduated from CSUSM but am currently still in school pursuing a nursing degree. I work at a local brewery as a server/bartender so my schedule fluctuates. In my free time, I like to go out with my friends, go to the gym, go to Padres games, and get brunch near the beach. Although I like to go out, I can also be a huge homebody and appreciate my wine nights with Brittany.
