I’m a 36 year old male working full time as a field broker for a major distribution company. I will be traveling frequently. I need 2 roomates 25 years or older showing at least 1 year stable employment earning over 50K a year, good credit, who want to share the rent with me on this brand new house. Gatherings are cool but no parties allowed, guests welcome but overnight guests, I will need to know in advance. No pets, no 420, no drugs. Must be clean and looking for a more relaxed, peaceful atmosphere as I will want to relax when I get home from work. If you have furniture you’re welcome to bring it, I will need to buy all new furniture for the living room and patio.
