Seeking someone to take over my lease for Baltimore, MD townhome (Federal Hill neighborhood)!

I’m leaving Baltimore for grad school, and my room will be available for rent starting August 1. You’d be living with my friend Harrison. Please comment or message me if you or anyone you know is interested! We need someone to sign a year-long lease beginning August 1st, 2022. Rent per person is either $700 or $750 (smaller vs larger room).

Property: • Hanover St, Baltimore, MD, across the street from AJ’s on Hanover (in Federal Hill) • Spacious, updated 3bd 1ba townhome next to many local bars (amazing neighborhood in general) • Total rent is $2,200 but Harrison would be paying $750 (so, between you and the other housemate, it would be split for the remaining $1,450). Utilities to be split equally.

About Harrison: • 25, male, recent graduate from Johns Hopkins University with a music and business background • Super laid-back, currently career-oriented, loves meeting people/going out (also he makes phenomenal cocktails) • Organized and respectful - I’ve lived with him for three years and he’s very conscientious as a housemate!
