This beautiful bedroom is located in Providence’s best neighborhood. Its A+ location puts it within a short walking distance to Brown University, RISD, Wayland Square, Wickenden, India Point and other hot spots in downtown Providence. You are paying for the location. If you’re interviewing for Brown medical school, you’re 15 min. pleasant walk to the hospital. Visiting Brown/RISD? Walk 10-15 minutes to campus.
This private room has a security access code to enter. This room is in a shared Airbnb apartment. The apartment contains 4 rooms that are booked individually. Room #1 provides you with a comfortable bed and a beautiful interior design. It is a simple room on the 2nd floor. Expect some noise as four bedrooms are on this floor. Most guests are usually courteous and considerate to others.
Your room has a hanging rack with hangers, a chair, a lamp, nightstand, mirror, a Queen size bed with fresh bedding & towels. Always lock your door to your room when you leave; we are not responsible for personal items.
Shoes are not to be worn in the house. Please remove them at the entry way on the first floor or take them to your room once removed at the front entrance.
The kitchen & bathroom are to be shared with other Airbnb guests. Please rinse the dishes that you use then put them in the dishwasher. Shared Kitchen is equipped with cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans, cooking utensils, tea kettle, toaster oven, stove, oven and microwave. You will also find complimentary food items such as instant coffee and creamer. Guests are ALWAYS required to clean up after themselves after use of all the common areas.
Please note that you share a bathroom with the guests in this area of the house. Cleaning service everyday for the bathroom. Contains complimentary sanitizer, soap, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, feminine products.
A discount of 20% for stays longer than 30 days.
