1 bedroom for RENT in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house. We are looking for a female roommate. Approximately 0.25 miles from campus. We have a large kitchen, dining room, living room, and an office space. Renter will share a bathroom (pictured here) with one other person. House does have pets living there, however, the landlord has requested no other pets in the house for the new renter. $475/month plus utilities, internet, and lawn care all split between housemates.
