You would have your own room and bathroom. The living area includes a fireplace which is quite nice during winter. The kitchen includes a small table, fridge, oven, microwave, and lots of space. There is an in-unit washer & dryer. Parking is free and easily accessible. Rent is $770, Wifi is $25, and electricity is typically between $45 - $65.
