Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom in 2x2 split floor condo very close to airport (CURRENTLY AVAILABLE as of 6/14/2023) Furnished with bed, desk, chair, nightstand, dresser. Walk in closet and en-suite bathroom. Quiet complex complex next to an elementary, a bit above airport. Basically all owners and all younger couples with kids, very safe environment. I have a a tiny cat. Deposit, first month, and lease agreement required for move in. Utilities are only $40 internet(optional), half of previous months electricity(about $50). Rent is non-negotiable.

I am very clean, reserved, and generally stay to myself. I have lived and been a lot of places and can get along with anyone, though again usually in my thoughts. I work fulltime. Would appreciate respect of neighbors almost as much as me, and the one extra consideration is sometimes I have trouble sleeping but I don’t make much noise if I am up at night. Please no couples or work from home.
