About the room
One room, unfurnished, avaliable for immediate move in upon application approval. Your 3rd of rent is around $650 per month.
Unfortunately there cannot be any more animals in the apartment, the complex has a strict One Pet Per Unit rule.
Looking for someone to take my room for the rest of the lease, which will be active until September. The bedroom is spacious, with an absolutely massive closet, a large window that looks out on the porch, and attaches directly to the shared bathroom.
You’ll obviously have the option to renew if you want, we’ve always had a good relationship with managment here, and my friend group has been in this apartment for going on 7 years, so hey, no deposits needed!
The apartment is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse located near McNeil and Parmer, super close to the arboretum and the domain, and less than 20 minutes from downtown. Rent is currently around $650 per person (split 3 ways.) We also have a garage for extra storage/workspace. The living room/dining room/kitchen areas are a good size as well. It also has in unit washer and dryer!
About the roomies
Though both roommates drink, there is a strict ban on illegal substances in the apartment, since Ash works with the court system and having anything of questionable legality in her place of residence could put her job at risk. But what you do/have outside of the apartment is your business, they don’t care one way or another.
Ashley has a very sweet Pomeranian named Bear, which puts the apartment at capacity for animals, according to the community rules (lame, I know) but he’s very friendly and will absolutely love you to death. Pictures of pupper for tax.
A bit about the 2 roommates: S Ivy is a manager at the busiest Uhaul location in Austin, she basically runs the whole store singlehandedly and is a total badass. She enjoys concerts, alcohol and DnD.
Ashley is a Forensic Scientist for the Texas Department of Public Saftey, so if you like true crime, she’ll be your best friend. She’s also a runner and regularly travels all over the country for races.
Both roommates are in their late 20s, very busy and don’t spend much time at home, but they do enjoy concerts and live music, farmers markets, etc.
