Newly built house with 3 bedrooms and one large bonus room, large first floor open floor-plan. Easy fifteen minutes to downtown. Extra bedroom with private bathroom (not connected to bedroom) is available for rent but there is space in the bonus room for you to set up an office area as well. Street parking. Washer and dryer on second level.

Property is owned by an engaged couple with one 18 month old border collie and a 2 year old manx cat. Would prefer no pets but can work with the right dog or cat. Hard working couple that is typically in bed by 9 or 10 on the week days, so would someone who can respect those hours. Easy going but do appreciate someone who can keep the common living areas tidy.
