North Pine Grove Avenue

This is a 3 bed, 2.5 bath in Lakeview East. Huge apartment, I currently live there but my 2 roommates are moving out. I already have one friend who is taking one of the rooms and we are searching for someone to fill the third bedroom.

There are also 2 offices in the apartment but they are occupied by me and the friend who is moving in since we work from home. We are asking $1,100 from whoever becomes the third roommate, which is less than 1/3 the overall rent since you will not be getting an office. I don’t know if there is a security deposit, I need to look into that, I moved in to this place as a sublessor so i did not have to pay that when I moved in but there could be one. Utilities are not included in this price but we plan to split those evenly. The room has a bathroom that is connected to another bedroom with doors on both sides.

Current roommates lease does not end until 07/31 at which point our new lease will start. They may move out a few weeks early but no guarantees on that.

Happy to let you stop by and tour the apartment if you wish, after a facetime/zoom call. It is a fantastic apartment in a great location which is why we are looking for a third roommate rather than trying to move to a 2 bedroom.

We are both men, and accountants in our mid-20s, ok with smokers as long as you smoke on the back stairs(they are covered though so not too bad to stand out there year round). We use the dining room as an exercise equipment area, also have a large living room.
