Family oriented neighborhood, 1 bedroom furnished, private room with own key, close to all major roads, close to shopping.

Mature group, some work from home and some go into work. Quiet group friendly and interactive, sharing in responsibilities, all clean house toiletries and after themselves. Rent is due before first. Utilities are shared between occupants. I’m easy going thoughtful and empathetic, good conversations and flexible, neat and organized. I have final say over all concerns. In common areas everyone must be friendly to each other and greet one another, small talk is also encouraged with friendships developing.
