Close to both I-75 and I-696 entrance ramps. Approx. 1 mile from downtown Royal Oak. Gas station located within a mile, as well as multiple restaurants. Very lively suburb where people are always out walking their dogs, riding bikes, and exercising. Multiple gyms within a few miles. Kroger located within a mile radius. Many parks nearby. Each room available is sizable for a bed and desk as well as other small furniture. Each room has its own closet. There is a shared bathroom within 2 feet of each room. The rooms available are on the main floor. House is fully furnished with a living room that has a larger TV in it and comfortable couch. Kitchen is large and connected to living room. Basement is finished and includes a bar. Many furniture is in the basement, but it is not often used. Driveway with 1 car garage. Backyard not fenced in. Small backyard next to garage and driveway in back of house. You can park in the street overnight and anytime as long as there is not a weather emergency. Often 1 car is parked in driveway and others are Infront of house.

I am currently the only other established roommate. I will be starting my General Surgery Residency in July at a nearby hospital in Warren and Madison Heights. The previous roommates were medical students with me in my program and are now moving to begin their residencies at different locations in Michigan. I often hangout in my room due to having the hobby of video games. On weekends I often go out with my long term girlfriend to local restaurants.
