Room for rent not Furnished. This is a 4 Bed/2 Bath home. There is 1 room available for rent.

Bath is shared and is the main bath, not private. Would be shared among 3 people as the master has its own private bathroom. The only current occupants are myself and 2 other tenant. No couples, rooms are sized for 1 person. You are allowed guests I can answer any questions you have.

• UC Davis is 20 minutes away, Sac City College 15 min, CSU Sacramento 15 min

• Large open kitchen and dining, new gas stove, new microwave, new dishwasher, new refrigerator, new washer/dryer. the dining/living room area is furnished. You only need to worry about the things in your room. I will have some plates/utensils but always okay to bring your own.

LEASE: The lease will be 12 months, with a deposit of $500. Utilities are split evenly between roommates.

• No smoking inside the house, backyard, or front yard is fine. No Pets, I have an ESA dog who was professionally trained. Will always be on a leash in the house and always with me by my side.
• Security Deposit, proof of income, references required.

A little bit about me, I am a working professional who works from home. I do commute for work every now and then. I am pretty laid back, I spend most of my time with my dog out and about, reading, or gaming with friends from my hometown. The other 2 tenants are professionals that have lived on the property for over a year now. One plays video games, the other watches movies and both tend to keep to themselves.
