Im a 33 yr old female that works afternoons/nights. I tend to get home late and most often dont go to bed until 1-2am. I am very quiet regardless. I am laid back and enjoy my alone time. NO PARTYING at all sorry. No alcohol allowed in the apartment. Of course what you do outside the apt is your business I just dont want it inside. I have one cat. ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED
