Looking for someone to take over my lease for 1 bedroom in a 2bed/ 2 bath in Newport Beach with my current roommate! Move in date would be June 1 (flexible) and the lease ends in December. Could be renewed with leasing office/ month to month after December if you want to stay longer!
You’ll have your own bathroom and lots of storage space. The apartment is in Park Newport which has a huge pool, gym, hot tub, convenience store etc! Location is awesome, right next to fashion island and short drive to the beach/ peninsula/ cdm. Balcony with a view of back bay.
Rent is $1490 (water included, electricity and wifi additional).
About the roomies
You’d be living with my current roommate who is in her 20s and works full time.
