Great 3 bedroom home with furnished living room, kitchen, dining room. You will have access to a washer and dryer as well. There is a large backyard with a nice-sized back deck. Wireless internet, water and trash pick up is included. Gas and electric utility bills will be split equally between the tenants. Great location directly off hwy 111. Please respect the current tenants privacy and do not show up at the house without an appointment with me first.

There is one 21-year-old male living in the house right now who works at Orkin. He loves to cook and will likely offer to share his creations. He generally keeps to himself. The second tenant is an 20 year old male who attends a local college and also keeps to himself.
