Hi! I’m looking for a new roommate for my current rental house. It has 5 bedrooms/4 bathrooms, 3300 sq-ft, and a big fenced-in backyard.

You’ll have your own basement bedroom and bathroom (full bathroom with shower), and an office on the 2nd floor. Pictures show the bedroom with lights off (has lots of natural light), your bathroom, and a view looking out your room into the basement.

In total there will be 3 people living in the house. Living room is fully furnished.

Rent is $1100/person + utilities (avg. $170/month additional per person).

Move in is available immediately and we will prorate the remainder of June based on your move in date. Lease officially begins July 1 (12-month lease).

• Basement bathroom was just refinished
• Plenty of parking in front of the house (in neighborhood)
• 10min drive from downtown Boulder, 15-20min from Longmont
• 2min drive or 10m walk to Soopers
• Open to all genders as long as you’re cool and communicate well!
• No new pets allowed, we have 1 cat already
• Landlord is the home owner and is a great guy (he doesn’t live here)

I’m an easy-going guy and work from the house (I own a business). I like to cook, workout, ski, play rugby, and all the usual Colorado things. 420/alcohol friendly but I don’t party much.
