Located in the beautiful community of Ashburn Village, the house is just 5 mins away from Giant, Lotte and Gas station. The rentable space is the Finished Basement with access to the backyard. The basement has fireplace, kitchen counter with a microwave and a full bath and the backyard entrance provides privacy. The basement also features full media connections. A security deposit of $1200, a copy of your driver’s license, consent for a thorough background check, employment verification, and reference from your current landlord or roommates will be required. The utilities (Gas, electricity, Water and Internet, security system subscription) are included. This is for a single occupancy.

I am an Project Manager for a construction company. I have been living in NoVa for the last 5 year and just recently moved to Ashburn. I am living on my own for now and possibly a couple of roommates. I like hiking, kayak and outdoorsy stuff but I am equally homebound too. Also am part of a sports team for a DMV league.
