This room is 3 bed, 3 bath, at the Garden District. Close to GSU, parking right out front, and close to amenities such as a pool, gym, etc (more info on their official site). Unfurnished bedrooms, but has washer/dryer and wifi. Note: Security deposit fee is actually reservation fee, as I was unable to find the security deposit; contact Garden District for any questions.

20yr old female, lgbtq+ friendly, pet friendly, and smoking friendly (as long as it’s kept in respective rooms). I’ll be honest, I’m pretty desperate for new roommates due to them both moving out at the same time on short notice, so even if you aren’t what’s preferred, hmu anyways and we can figure something out. I need 2 people to move in (or at least be confirmed) by the availability date.
