Hello! Looking for a third female roommate to join my friend and I on the lease for a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom apartment in Valhalla (not sure how to update listing location). Rent is $3100 a month and would be split between 3 people (all utilities included save for internet). There is laundry in the basement, and driveway parking. Please send a message if interested!

My friend (Civil Engineer) and I (scientist) are both young female professionals who have 9-5 jobs in the Westchester area. We both leave the house to work, and are vaccinated, clean and are looking to create a drama free, respectful living situation. We do not vape, smoke, do cannabis, nor do we have any pets and are looking for the same from a roommate. We’re both big foodies and are familiar with the area.
