Christian man seeking like-minded roomies. I have two options for renting:
Option 1 - A renter rents two private rooms for $1100.00 per month and shares a bathroom with only one other person.
Option 2 - A renter rents one private room for $800.00 and shares the bathroom with only one other person.
This townhome is located in the wonderful community of Maple Lawn (Fulton) in Howard County, Maryland.
Beautiful 3000 sq ft Townhouse. Membership to fitness facilities that includes an outdoor pool for no additional cost. Ideal safe neighborhood.
Townhouse has 9 foot ceilings throughout.
Utility fee is $100 per month at the beginning of each month.
