Two Bedroom One bath Trailer in Merkel, Very Quiet area, have a pool fenced yard, celler, No pets. I am a smoker but smoke outside, Also I have a washer and dryer. No bugs Room isn’t furnished. Yard is not beautiful but I’m working on it.

I am 39 the only one living here, prefer a short term arrangement but open to long term. Very chill, Low key, I don’t want people coming and going, actually if company is very limited I would like that. I have wifi, I pay the bills. 500 month + 350 security deposit up front, you will have access to the kitchen and bathroom. I am very clean, will not live with a dirty person. Get along well with most anyone.
