Kellene's room

Location is on the west side with access to both Bangeter and Mountain View Corridor. Super close to Jordan Landing and the West Jordan dog park (along with a bunch of other parks).

The bedroom is on the second floor (with the rest of the other bedrooms), is west facing, and shares the bathroom with the other room (I’m not likely to rent the other room other than an office for one of the roommates). Dimensions are 11 ft x 11 ft. Closet is a typical closet with sliding doors. The bedroom is not furnished. The large west facing window has blackout honeycomb shades. The bathroom has comfort height granite countertops and upgraded tile.

Shared areas include a large living room with a sectional, big bean bag, and a 75 inch Samsung TV. The floorplan is open so the living room is open and flowing to the dining area (8 person dining table) and kitchen. Double ovens in the kitchen alongside a gas stove. I don’t cook much, but you’re welcome to it! There’s a loft on the second floor that I don’t have anything in so we could put stuff there if you have a couch or something like that! I also have a large backyard with room for my dog to run around. Also in the backyard is a large patio and dining set under a huge pergola. I occasionally host my group of friends, especially when the weather is nice.

I have a four car garage and only one car so you’ll have a spot 😊

I’m pretty relaxed but would love to go over specifics with you to make sure we’re a good match. I have a mixed breed 35lb doggo that’s turning 5 this year. She does shed so be forewarned if this is a deal breaker for you. I work in an office in Farmington T-F (wfh on M) and I usually am home after work and on weekends. I’m fine hanging out if we get along but also totally fine if you’d rather keep to yourself.
