I’m looking for a LGBTQ+ or LGBTQ-friendly roommate to join me in signing a one-year at my current 2 bed/2 bath West Palm Beach apartment. The available bedroom is a spacious master bedroom with large closet and private bath. It is in a 2nd story corner unit with a lakefront view (no elevator) Lots of parking, washer/dryer in unit, good location near Palm Beach Lakes outlet mall. Management requires background, credit, and income checks.

I’m a 31 year old queer and non-binary graduate student who works two part-time jobs. I have one adult indoor-only kitty named Persimmon who spends most of her time sleeping in sunbeams in my room. I’m fairly clean, friendly, and enjoy hiking, birding, reading/writing, and good conversation.
