Furnished private bedroom and bathroom in a 3-bedroom 1900 square foot house. The house has a wonderful backyard which the tenant should free to take advantage of. As the homeowner, I will cover all the bills–you just need to pay for the room and bathroom. This house is located in the upscale and quiet Springlake neighborhood in Woodland, which has plenty of walking trails. It is only 15 minutes from Sacramento International Airport, 10 minutes away from Woodland Memorial Hospital, 15 minutes away from UC Davis campus, and 20 minutes away from downtown Sacramento. It is close to shopping centers with Target, Costco, Walmart, and lots of eateries.

I am a single man who owns and lives in this house. I work from home as a civil engineer in a dedicated home office. For fun, I like to stay active by playing basketball, working out, boxing, and running. I am a lifelong Sacramento Kings fan and enjoy watching sports.

I prefer a roommate who doesn’t party or stay up late because I go to bed early and need a quiet house in order to sleep. I respect boundaries and expect the same from my roommates.
