Cozy and spacious semi-basement 2bds 1 bathroom apartment in the heart of Astoria. Close to pretty much everything you might need. Including laundry, CVS, and others. 4-5 minutes walking distance from the N/W train. 20 minutes away from manhattan. The room is a decent size with a big closet, as well as extra storage spaces in the apartment. Huge Living room and kitchen. Decent bathroom size. My current roommate is moving out for a year and I need a roommate until his return. (Flexible with the moving-in date).

I am 25, turning 26 in May. Originally from Greece. Currently studying music at Brooklyn College and working at my college hybrid. I am a quiet introverted person who also likes to spend time alone but enjoys company with like-minded individuals. (INTJ personality for those who know). I am respectful of others’ personal space. I am clean and try to create a safe and healthy space for myself and others. So I expect you to want that as well. I love hanging out with friends and exploring the city.
