The apartment is located in Writer Square in downtown Denver. It’s in close proximity to restaurants and most downtown employers. The room for rent is on the main floor and includes a detached bathroom for your own use. Happy to provide additional pictures upon request.

My roommate and I are currently living in a three-bedroom apartment downtown and are looking to rent out the third bedroom. We are two guys in our mid-twenties who are both very active and enjoy spending time outdoors. During the week, we both work in finance jobs downtown and on the weekend you can find us in the outdoors running, climbing, hiking, or biking and grabbing a drink at a brewery afterward.
