Hello! My current lease is ending at the end of may and my current roommate will be moving out. I have a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom unit that I would prefer to stay in. You would get the master bedroom and your own bathroom. Rent would be $800 and the bills would be split 3 ways. We’d also split the security deposit but im still working on how much that is. Dont think it will be very much. My friend is moving back to WA from TN and will be taking the other room. We will share the other bathroom. There is a washer and dryer in the unit already. The living room will be furnished as well. The gym stuff is going away. The clubhouse has a basketball court/gym. There is also a pool/hot tub on the property. I don’t have any current pictures as the room is occupied but I can provide a link to a virtual walk through, and arrange a time to show the apartment if you’re interested.

We’re 2 males in our mid 30’s. We enjoy watching sports, movies, cooking, going to concerts etc… Neither of us smoke, we do enjoy a good beer every now and then but aren’t really partiers by any means. We’re pretty low key and pay our bills on time. I do have a 7 year old husky. He is very mellow, and doesn’t bark at all.
