Kai's room

Hi everyone. 3 of my roommates are moving out so I wanted to let you guys know in case you’re still looking or planning to move in the summer. The rooms are $522 (smaller room), $532 (slightly bigger room) $602 (large room). Rooms have shared bathroom and Utilities are not included. The house is about a 5-minute drive away from Pacific University’s Hillsboro campus and there is a max station within a 3-minute drive from the house as well. Two rooms will be available August 1st and the slightly bigger room will be available august 15th (can be made available Aug. 1st if necessary).

I am a 27-year-old graduate student. I love getting to know my roommates and hanging out when i have free time :)
