We are Tim and Gloria and we offer a room for rent in our home based B&B Inn business which has been open since March 22, 2019! If you’re considering a room by the week, month or year, know Lakeport is only a 10 mins drive, Ukiah is 25 miles to the West, and Santa Rosa is approximately 1 1/2 hrs to the South. If you choose to stay here and it’s your birthday, we celebrate it. If you’re here when you’ve reached a milestone in your life, we celebrate it. And if you’re here on holiday’s, we celebrate it as well! We love meeting people from all over the world and we hope to be able to share and form memories for years to come! Whatever you do in life, make it count!

Somos Tim y Gloria y ofrecemos una recamara de renta en nuestro negocio de cama y desayuno el cual ha estado abierto desde el 22 de marzo, 2019! Si esta considerando rentar recamara para la semana, mez o ano, tome en consideracion que Lakeport queda a 10 mins de aqui, Ukiah queda 25 millas al oeste y Santa Rosa queda como 1 1/2 horas al sur. Si decide quedarse aqui y cumple anos, se lo celebraremos. Si esta aqui cuando cumpla una de sus metas en su vida, se lo celebraremos. Y si acaso esta aqui durante las festividades, tambien lo celebraremos. Nos encanta conocer a gente por todo el mundo y esperamos poder compartir y formar memorias por muchisimos anos mas! Lo que sea que hagan en vida, haganlo con mucho fervor!

Tim the Husband is 56 and I, Gloria the Wife am 48. Our kids are grown and out of the home so we decided to open up our home to traveling individuals, single parents, those needing something temporary or otherwise. Currently on the property we have 2 sisters ages 30 and 32 that have been with us for 6 years and inside the home, a woman age 48 who’s been with us for 5 years and who’s children visit most weekends. Everyone has their own full size refrigerator upstairs in the kitchen/dining room above the bedrooms, shared kitchen, shared breakfast nook, shared dining area, shared living room, shared laundry room w/complimentary detergent/softener and outdoor space. Also, everyone has their own designated parking space which depending on the room you are in, will fit either 1-2 vehicles. We will provide absolutely everything you’d find in a hotel except with a familial atmosphere. Also in the dining area is an all day continental breakfast section with teas, coffees, pastries, etc. If you are not seeking a weekly or monthly rental of the bedroom, you can reserve the room for $55 per night with no deposit.
