I have a 1 bedroom apt i am looking to share on a temporary bases so that you can find a compatible roommate to lease an apt with. i’m sharing Living room, kitchen and bath. Sleeping accommodations is a very comfortable Couch or blow up mattress . This is a half a block from DuPont Metro, bus stop and bike share right out front, stores and bars up the street. FYI a 1 bdrm starts at 2500.

I am an older male 6 ft 200 63, i sell real estate and manage apts I enjoy painting acrylics abstracts, the outdoor, sports, pool,darts, golf, beach and my baby: my Corvette sports car. I like being around young, it keeps me young.
