This is a beautiful brand new townhome! So please respect it as such! It is located only 12 minutes from Downtown! 10 minutes from UNCW! And 12 minutes from Wrightsville Beach! During your stay here you will have access to a large kitchen with island, living room with 70in TV, WiFi, and utilities. The townhome is 1900+ Sq ft so there’s plenty of room for everyone!

YOUR master bedroom will be FURNISHED with a king bed, office chair and desk, lounge chair, projector with Apple TV, and a private bathroom and closet.

Your other roommates will include 2 others. They are a young, fun couple that will be living down the hall. They are the nicest and cleanest people ever. They are quiet and respectful and they hope you will be the same! They will be mainly at work or working at home from their computers. After you apply you will receive their phone numbers to set up an initial meet and greet with them :)
