Hello there I was being forced to put this Ad up…the woman Evelyn Schmidt is very ill please don’t rent from her at 1141 Heaton Ave. I wasn’t a tenant but I witnessed what sge did. She claims Christianity but watches real nasty stuff on her TV, when a neighbor comes around she quickly flips channel to sermons. She asks her tenant for $750 in rent but once their in she nickle and dimes them for every little watt, gas, and she makes false allegations.

4 bedroom house + 3 bathrooms…one roommate w/bedroom +bathroom and owner, No pets, non-smoker, no drugs or alcohol. Shopping available near by, easy access to freeway. No bus service…
