This room is in walking distance to the Atlanta University Center (AUC) as well as the interstate. There are multiple grocery stores, pharmacies, shopping centers, and food places close by as well. The YMCA is attached as well and accessible for a monthly fee. The room itself is one furnished bedroom with a queen sized bed, a bathroom with a shower and tub, as well as a walk in closet. The living room is open and furnished with a roku smart TV included. The kitchen has an electric stove, plenty of cabinet space, as well as cutlery, dish-ware, cleaning supplies, and seasonings/basic pantry items.

I won’t be living there while the space is available. The apartment would be vacant otherwise.
