11x9 furnished single room with full size bed, desk and dresser. Use of 1/2 closet. Bathroom shared with male graduate student. Biking distance to UCSB. Looking for a serious student, graduate student preferred. We rent to students and researchers only. No parties or overnight guests. Prefer someone who doesn’t need high use of kitchen. Laundry and utilities included. We have one small dog and a cat. Must love animals. Best for a person who needs a quiet home for sleep and study.

The owners live in home. We are a retired elementary teacher and retired orchid grower. We enjoy travel, hiking, camping, kayaking, and gardening. We have 1 small dog and a cat. Male graduate student from Ecuador very friendly and serious about his studies.
